The Sola shares the same carefully designed layout and construction options as the Lumi cabin, with the key architectural difference being its modern monopitch roof design, creating a sleek contemporary silhouette and strong directional roofline.

The Sola is available in two construction options. Choose the warmth and character of a timber structure with Nordic Spruce cladding, or the durability and long-term performance of a TRUECORE® steel frame with architectural external cladding.

Sola Cabin Inclusions

Each Sola cabin kit includes the structural components required to construct the building shell, along with the documentation needed to support the construction process. Architectural drawings, engineering construction drawings, foundation design and energy rating documentation are all provided as part of the package.

Externally, the cabin includes steel roofing with flashings and trims, Monument colour roofing, guttering, breathable wall wrap and architectural external cladding. The structure is available in either Nordic Spruce timber construction or a TRUECORE® steel framing system with engineered internal stud walls.

Aluminium Low-E windows, double entry doors and internal doors with hardware are also included, delivering the full external building shell ready for site services and interior fit-out.

The steel Sola cabin is built on a TRUECORE® steel frame, delivering exceptional structural strength and reliability across a wide range of Australian environments.

Externally, the cabin features architectural vertical cladding paired with steel roofing and flashings, creating a refined contemporary appearance designed for long-term performance.

The steel construction option also benefits significantly from extended structural warranties, making it a strong choice for those prioritising durability and longevity.

Our kit-set cabins have everything you need to build your cabin as shown in the photos. Optional extras like bracing, roof extensions, insulation and extra windows and doors can be added after your chosen cabin is selected.
