At 36m², the Lumi is architecturally designed for contemporary living in town or country. Clean lines, generous glazing and a beautifully simple form allow the Lumi to sit naturally in bush, coastal or urban environments.

The Lumi is built with a timber structure and natural Nordic Spruce cladding, bringing warmth and character to every space. Its elegant design and thoughtful layout make it well suited to a wide range of locations, lifestyles and long-term plans.

Lumi Cabin Inclusions

Each Lumi cabin kit includes the core structural components required to construct the building shell, together with the documentation needed to support the build. This includes architectural drawings, engineering construction drawings, an engineered subfloor and foundation design, and energy rating documentation where applicable.

Externally, the cabin includes steel roof sheeting with matching flashings and trims, Monument colour roofing, guttering, breathable wall wrap and architectural vertical cladding. The Lumi features a Nordic Spruce timber structure with internal wallboards.

Aluminium framed Low-E windows, double entry doors and internal doors with hardware are also supplied as part of the cabin kit, forming the complete external shell ready for local trades to complete services and interior fit-out.

The Lumi has a warm, natural look, with Nordic Spruce timber wallboards inside and timber cladding outside. It gives you a timeless cabin feel while keeping the clean architectural lines of the Lumi design.

The timber is pressure-treated to stand up to Australian conditions, and its natural character and texture show through both inside and out. The result is a classic cabin built from natural materials, with a warm, inviting interior.

Our kit-set cabins have everything you need to build your cabin as shown in the photos. Optional extras like bracing, roof extensions, insulation and extra windows and doors can be added after your chosen cabin is selected.
